Frank Aguilar
President - Cordell Communications
Mr. Frank
Aguilar has joined Cordell Communications, Inc.
as president of the company. Frank brings over
15 years of site management experience with him
as he joins Cordell Communications.
Aguilar
started in the site management business in 1990
with Spectrum Engineering founded by Cordell
(later to become Spectrum Site Management and
Crown Castle International) and has a vast
experience with all types of wireless end users,
as well as fiber and wire based telecom end
users. After more than seven years with
Spectrum, Aguilar worked as a Field Service
Manager with Broadcast Towers Inc., in the
Houston area. His area of responsibility
encompassed more than 30 telecommunications and
fiber optic backbone sites for Crescent Real
Estate, Trizec Properties, MacFarland Real
Estate, and Granite Properties.
After the
sale of Broadcast Towers to Pinnacle Towers (now
Global Signal), Aguilar worked as a private
telecommunications consultant before accepting
his new position alongside Bill Cordell.
William E. (Bill) Cordell

Currently consulting as a
telecommunications engineer and RF engineer for
several real estate and communications companies
nationwide as it relates to new governmental RF
exposure laws and regulations for building
rooftops.
Via Cordell Communications,
Cordell is currently providing specialized
rooftop site management and engineering for
Crescent Real Estate, Equity Office Properties,
NAI Hiffman (Scribcor), Transwestern Commercial
Property Services, Trammell Crow and the
Williford Group. Cordell assists property
owners and managers with telecommunications
laws, regulations, including federal and state
PUC rules as it relates to private property
rights and telecommunications.
Cordell has over 5 years of
experience in wireless data hauling, IP and
other transport protocols via a wireless
internet ownership interest in Puerto Rico.
Cordell operates as the Chief Technical Officer
for this wireless data hauling company.
